I had a great experience having my Ram 1500 Laramie serviced. Manny, who took care of my truck, was very professional, helpful, and courteous throughout the entire repair process. He kept me informed, answered my questions, and made sure everything was taken care of properly. I truly appreciate Manny’s excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

I took my car to Diamond Automotive to replace my front bumper after some pretty significant damage, and I came away extremely impressed with the work they’ve done. Not only was the work top-notch, the customer service was excellent. Our mechanic, Mr. Willie Perez was kind, courteous, and patiently answered all of my questions. If you’re shopping around for repairs, consider Diamond Automotive.

I had an outstanding experience with Andres Cortes at Diamond Automotive. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, Andres was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible. He kept me informed every step of the way, answered all of my questions promptly, and made sure I understood exactly what was happening with my vehicle. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and my car looked like new when I picked it up. What really stood out was Andres’ attention to detail, excellent communication, and dedication to customer service. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes above and beyond for their customers, but Andres did exactly that. If you’re looking for a trustworthy professional who genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work, I highly recommend Andres Cortes and the team at Diamond Automotive. Thank you for making a potentially stressful situation such a positive experience!
